Per the restaurant instruction, I called 30 minutes earlier to order the baked rice for dine in, I got confirmation on the phone that it will be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived around 30 minutes later, they told me to wait another 10 minutes. I waited and my order still wasn’t ready. At the end I left, 50 minutes after their confirmation and the food still wasn’t ready. Very disappointed.
