This is definitely one of the best Chinese food and Chinese Barbecue (羊肉串) in the New Jersey area. The barbecue is very authentic, the meat and veggie dishes are also quite delicious and taste like typical Chinese food. I strongly recommend this restaurant if you are a fan of Chinese food!

If you like kebabs this is the place to go. They have different assortments of meat, seafood. And vegetables. The prices are fair and you get the experience of cooking the kebabs yourself. I like they give you plastic bags for your coats and bags so you don’t smell like bbq after eating. It was a good experience.

You definitely get your fill of skewers cooked meat over hot charcoal, and a lot of side dishes and cooked dishes from the kitchen. Main menu is in Chinese and Korean, although there is a limited English menu which doesn’t have everything in the other menus have on it. People come here to roast meat, vegetables, drink and talk. There are only seven table areas for cooking over charcoal, one of the tables in the back is just a cook in the kitchen and bring it out to your table. The lamb skewers are the best, and the rest are mixed results depending on how well you cook it and whether or not you like the exact same flavor of spice and beef or pork or chicken.

Ordered delivery from this North-Eastern Chinese BBQ place. Was worried that the meat wouldn’t be as good cuz delivery, but we reheated in the oven for a few mins and they tasted just as amazing and authentic! Cucumber cilantro salad was a rly refreshing side dish to freshen up ur palate. Can’t wait to dine in next time!

It’s exactly what I want to eat when I say barbecue. The very slightly touch of charcoal smell and the original taste and flavor of lamb is best combination ever. Even my 3yrs kid loves it since there are no overwhelming ingredients on it, it’s neither too spicy nor too salty. I’ll surely recommend it to all my friends!

This place is an EXPERIENCE. From the wait, to the hazy, smoky air, to the coals they shovel into your table grill, this place is by no means a fancy place, but it’s a place you should definitely try for dinner. The lamb skewers (the main draw here) and mantou (grilled over the coals) are great, but if nothing else, you should get the goguma mattang (candied sweet potatoes). They come out sticky and covered in syrup, which hardens into a crackly crust once dunked in a bowl of water (trust me on this) for a crunchy on the outside, pillowy soft on the inside treat. I have taken an Uber from Manhattan for these potatoes. There are also a huge variety of other skewers, as well as other Chinese/Korean dishes. But the sweet potatoes, man.

The beeeest Chinese East north BBQ you could find, except in Flushing. The traditional Chinese dishes also bring me back to China. The only problem is they only have 6-7 tables, which means you have to wait over one hour during rush hours. Any way, nothing is gonna stop me getting back there again.

It’s a charcoal bbq place and it offers very authentic northern Chinese food. Love their lamb skewers and it tastes exactly the same as what I had in China, and the best part is that you can grill it by yourself which is a lot of fun! There is one table that doesn’t have the grill, so if you love grilling by yourself like me, ask to not be seated at that table, but they will grill it for you if you sit there. They have their own “secret spices” too if you want to add more flavor / spicy to your skewers. Love this place!
