If you’re looking for a legitimate, though somewhat small, sit down Chinese restaurant in Williston Park, this is the place to go. This place had all tables filled by 1PM. The place only opened at noon!

Great place for authentic Shanghainese food in Long Island. The pork soup dumpling is great. We also ordered the loofah, pork belly with bean curd sheet knot and my mom’a favorite, fish head crystal noodle casserole. Everything is delicious.

I am Shanghainese, so I can comment with experience. This place is legit. The eggplant, fish fillet, and soup dumplings are delicious and authentic tasting. I ate way too much…if I lived closer I would come here every week!

This my go-to local sit down Chinese restaurant. Food is excellent and easily better than many Chinese restaurants I’ve been to closer to the city. My favorite dishes which I think they make well: fried string beans, salt & pepper pork chops, braised pork with bean curd sheet knots, pan fried pork buns, scallion pancake with sliced beef, soup dumplings, and the chicken in the “choose your meat” section at the end of the menu (I haven’t tried all of the meats or sauces for this but the chicken comes out extra crispy and the general tsos sauce was good). The soup dumplings are not the best I’ve had but definitely respectable… good enough to fulfill a soup dumpling itch.

Authentic Shanghai food in Long Island. Friendly staff. Very reasonable price. Street parking which might be a little difficult.

I really loved this restaurant. Ate here yesterday with some friends and we ordered so many delicious dishes. “And also there chicken and broccoli with with special sauce taste so good”. That was my son who loved blue wave, kids will definitely be happy with the food.
