I ordered their 油泼面。 The noodles are actually handcraft and the flavor is super legit. Definitely one of the best 油泼面i found in DFW.

I always eat at Mashifu’s when I’m in the Plano area. I highly recommend the Braised Beef Noodle Soup with thick noodles and the Rougamo, which is like a Chinese pancake filled with lots of meat. The food is always delicious, and the price is reasonable too!

This place is such a gem. The owner doesn’t speak English but is SUPER nice. The food is really good. Eggs were a little saltier than I would’ve liked but the noodles were all hand-pulled, fresh and delicious. I have found my forever noodle place. Bottled water is free as well. Please come by and support this little restaurant as the owner deserves everyone’s attention and business.

Most authentic Xi’An hand made noodles, Rou Jia Mo, etc, in DFW area, at extremely reasonable price. Forget all those Americanized “Asian fusion hand made noodles” recommended by people and newspapers who know nothing about Chinese food and go straight here for the real thing.

Master Ma is definitely the best and most authentic place for northern breakfast in the Dallas area! Every time my boyfriend comes to Dallas, he opens his eyes and thinks about the breakfast at Master Ma’s house~ Tofu nao, spicy soup, haggis soup, fried dough sticks, and meat buns are all top-notch authentic~ It’s okay to dine in, take it home according to Personal preference is better served with shallots, coriander and homemade braised eggs!
