The owner Yamato Miura took over the awarded restaurant Urasawa from its owner Hiroyuki Urasawa, and brought a new team: Yusuke Yamamoto as a chef, Teppei Fujimura as a sommelier, and Kazushige Motoishi as a sous chef. Serving not only Sushi Kaiseki, but also a blend of bubbles, wines, and Sake pairing that matches the course.

Absolutely wonderful. On top of the great food, the chef and staff were extremely kind and friendly. A little hard to spot, it is in two rodeo shopping complex. The elevator to the 2nd floor will take you straight up, there’s a sign on the one to use.
