Stopped in for breakfast on our trip to the North Shore, we weren’t staying at the 1 Hotel, but it was the only breakfast restaurant we could find that was open on Monday morning. Views were amazing, food was a bit pricey (but look where you are), and the service was great. Marita was our server and she recommended the pancakes which I loved (and they weren’t my dish) and we shared the breakfast sandwich. Marits super helpful, nice and sweet so we took a photo with here. Breakfast buffet is available for $48 but we shared two dishes and was around $30 per person. There is also a full bar at the corner of the restaurant overlooking a beautiful pool and of course the view of the mountains and the bay.

We enjoyed an amazing breakfast at 1 Kitchen May 4th. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My cooked to order sunny side up eggs were perfect. My husband loved his omelet. I wish I knew the name of the chef making the eggs. She was friendly and aimed to please. The fruit and pastries were incredible. Our server Marianna took amazing care of us. She was by far the best sever we encountered on our vacation. She was professional, friendly and had a great sense of humor. She treated us like royalty and it was much appreciated. The restaurant views are spectacular. Don’t miss a chance to splurge and check out 1 kitchen.

Delicious food and amazing views—After a week at the hotel we tried many of the things in the menu. The Good Start Bowl for breakfast, healthy bowl with extra chicken for lunch and cacio e pepe for dinner are now our top choices. Justice and Susan were great! The whole staff was sweet and wonderful, and accommodating—the food delicious and the views unbeatable—Rainbows and amazing sunsets daily

Delicious and beautiful view! We dined for dinner and had a wonderful experience. Food was local and fresh, which is always exciting. We split the kampachi with sides and an appetizer. Make sure you order the Parmesan fries- they were incredible!

We were staying at the 1 Hotel and decided to try this restaurant for dinner. The interior was beautiful and all the food was delicious, however unfortunately we were extremely disappointed by the service. The standard throughout the hotel was impeccable, but unfortunately although the waiters were very nice, the 5* service was not continued through to the restaurant. We were very much looking forward to a romantic dinner during our stay here, but this let our experience down.

We had the fish and the steak. Both were great and very tasty. The atmosphere is amazing as well. Couldn’t finish the fish as it was huge. I would recommend lowering the prices and giving less fish. Everything tasted great.

We had an amazing time and meal celebrating my moms birthday at the 1 Kitchen. Starting with the arrival gate attendee to valet parking attendant to everyone we encountered was super welcoming and friendly. Michaela and Justice did an absolutely fabulous job with our entire experience. They really took the extra time to make my moms 70th birthday extra special. The sunset upstairs was a bonus over the bay. The food was deliciously wonderful. I forget the name of the dessert but it was banana something with a light cake bottom and toffee pieces. Paired wonderfully with the salted Carmel ice cream. That is a must. The Brussels Sprouts were mouth watering delicious and the Kauai Shrimp was my favorite entree. The new makeover of this hotel and restaurant is a must see experience. So gorgeously done. Thank you for making our memory so spectacular.
