Ok the HUT brisket sandwich is to die for. The short rib sandwich I liked but my wife thought it was too blue cheesey. The BBQ sauce is delicious and there’s three of them with varying spicyness. We were really impressed by the food and the drinks. Finally a combo that’s worth it for people who don’t like soda… The lemonade was really good and we can tell after taking our last bite of the yummy Mac that we’ll get an equally good BBQ nap in back at our hut.

Exceptional customer service! In fact, I’m writing this review because of the great customer service! Every where I go, even the best areas sometimes have good food but bad customer service or lousy food, and staff constantly asking you to give their place a good rating, when you weren’t even satisfied with your experience. This restaurant has the whole package, fantastic customer service, exceptional food and desserts. In fact, everyone should try the bread pudding with ice cream, yum, yum!! And I love places the most that you could seat yourself, but still have a beautiful unclass restaurant environment. The place has a great atmosphere, and everything above!!

Just your average BBQ sandwich shop with great BBQ. Brisket is the way to go. Loved the ShortRib, but its BlueCheese heavy, which I love, but not for everyone. Pulled pork is good. Sauces are good as well. I would go with a side of onion rings. Would recommend to anyone who likes a good BBQ sandwich.

Kids mac and cheese combo(14.95) is overpriced for the portion size you get, their google menu is not up to date so expect to pay more. Food was okay for a fast restaurant. Service okay. Some of the other reviews though lol

Service was good, portions good size, but flavor was middle of the road. While the tri-tip had a nice smoke ring, didn’t taste like it had ever been in a smoker. Brisket was more like overcooked pot roast

I’ll start with I’m a picky eater. I ate the brisket sandwich and pulled pork. On the brisket sandwich they had alot of brisket inside for it’s price but it wasn’t as tender as I wished it would be. The bun, the sauce, everything even the thick cut tomato was great, but the brisket… if it was more tender, more Juicy, and less beefy aftertaste.

Got both a trip-tip and a brisket sandwich combo. Loved both but brisket is exceptional! Corn side was sweet and buttery. BBQ beans were just as tasty. Tried three of the four BBQ sauces including Mild, Turbo and Spicey. They keep the fourth extra spicy behind the counter. Turbo and Mild were our favorites. Watermelon drink on tap tastes like a real watermelon. Amazing place, cool rustic decor. Incredibly polite staff. Will be back again.

Been 15 hours since I ate here and my stomach is still bothering me. I’m huge in tri tip person but this place definitely needs to work on cooking with separate grills or smokers. Everything taste the same which is ideal if you want your chicken to taste like steak, tri tip to taste like pork, and brisket to taste like chicken.
