Fantastic post-workout shake and tea! Tried the “Sour Patch” tea and it tastes exactly like a liquid Sour Patch Kids. Also got a Vanilla/Snickerdoodle post-workout shake (33g of protein!) and it was wonderful. Give this place a try next time you’re in the Gravel Ridge area! <3
