Nothing special – would really give 2.5 stars if I could. We asked to be seated outside which is honestly the only thing I really enjoyed. The outdoor space/ambiance is really nice (despite that the view was of a bunch of trash cans outside the restaurant). I ordered the Mexicali burger. The service was very slow. It took quite a while to get our food. I asked for a side upon ordering that wasn’t brought out with the dish – totally fine it happens – but I had to ask twice for it after getting the meal. Our waiter only came to check on the table once and we really weren’t enjoying our time so we just decided to eat quick so we can leave. It also took a long time for someone to come around so we can get the check. This is not in anyone’s control but the people we were surrounded by wait it really hard to have a peaceful lunch on a nice day out. Parents had iPads with the sound on very loud, kids screaming and running around – it was hectic. Also, they allowed a table for 2 to be turned into a table for 4 and it wasn’t social distanced properly which was very irritating. Definitely not impressed.

Bad customer service. Asked us to leave before we even took 2 sips of drink. On google said bar closed at 2am. Kicked us out at 11:45pm cuz the bartender said “I’m trying to go home I didn’t even need to serve you anything” would rate it a 0. Could of drank at home but wanted to show friend a good Hoboken bar. Never again!!!!!

Verbal Abuse and Assault. Horrible Staff, uneducated, zero manners. I would give minus zero stars if possible. If you really care about justice, you would never go to this place. I went to order food (during the day) and did not have my ID. I asked the bodyguard nicely if he could accept my digital ID since I would just pick up the food and go. Another guy (bouncer maybe) jumped from nowhere and started to yell at me so bad, “Go out.” I looked at him; he almost pushed me. Do you understand English? He kept yelling: We don’t need your service. I was confused and emotional: Is that because I have an accent and I’m female (don’t have protection). I tried to stay calm (he looked like a crazy man, and I thought people in the US carry guns, so I better just leave). I’m consulting with a lawyer about how I can report this case—what discrimination.

Horrible! Horrible! This is my second time eating the food at this bar and grill, and both times I did not enjoy it at all. I can get way better food at the frozen food section from trader joes. And the service sucks. Never again will I waste my hard earned money here and I definitely won’t allow my friends to spend it here either. How it bothers me to have spend that money there for food I didn’t even enjoy and not to mention way over priced for what they serve. One star is way too many. An unhappy never again customer.

Last visited over a year ago, the food has improved!!! Everyone got sandwiches/wraps and zero complaints. Recommend the cutlet prosciutto sandwich! Coors light tap could be colder and fresher (6/10 Coors)

Visited this place on a Friday night wanting to enjoy a beer with a friend in the outdoor seating. While I understand that there was a party/large gathering taking place inside, from the moment my friend and I walked up to try to get seated we were met with distant, inattentive help. We had to get the attention of four separate individuals as we weren’t clear on who was helping us. Additionally, the menu states to ask server for seasonal drafts, to which we were told of the same options available in bottle. When we finally ordered, our server asked me to take the beers out of his hand to serve ourselves. It was bizzare. Nothing that really made the $9 beer worth it. Despite approaching the situation with calmness, it seemed that every interaction was a nuisance for (each) server. Stayed for the one overpriced beer and can confidently say I won’t want to return.
