Such a great atmosphere and the food is phenomenal. We went there for lunch. The host, a foreigner blonde girl and our waitress Sofia ( i think was her name) , were absolutely amazing. Sofia suggested us the bang bang cauliflower, and it was really delicious. Also the drinks she suggested were top notch. She was very knowledgeable and made sure we were all taken care off. Absolutely amazing service. I wish every waiter I had was as good as her. The food was so delicious. Will definitely be back!!

Came in with a family of 10, our server was Bella, she was so kind and caring towards us and really made my family feel taken care of. we never ran out of drinks, never ran out of bread, and she cleared all of our plates as soon as we were done. She gave us great drink and appetizer recommendations, (everyone needs to try the firecracker shrimp) she did tell us that she was a first time server but i could not tell one bit she was very knowledgeable and sweet. Overall a waste of money. Service was terrible (-2) if I could post that . A couple 10 ft from us was seated after we were ( different server) and they were done before we got our meals. We sat at least 15 before we saw our server, she took our drink order but never brought water. Shrimp Scampi had not flavor, could not even taste the garlic. Steak tips and potatoes were Luke warm at best. Very disappointing. Did not want to wait for server to bring back to kitchen to warm up, afraid it would be another 20 minutes. Steak tips are high for only getting 5 and not even hot is a little too much. Servers need better training and move a little faster. Not a good value for service or quality. One hour and 15 minutes time from sit down until we left. Slow Slow Slow

Sat at the bar around 5. At first great service with our first order of drinks. Then things started to get busier and one bartender. Ordered and appetizer and another round of drinks. Appetizer came and over cooked, bartender never came back to check on us. Drinks were empty, walked right by us several times but no attention paid. After 20 minutes we said something to him about appetizer being overcooked and he said 0a little busy here” will send over manager. Manager came and got us new appetizer. Still nothing from the bartender, no apology no can I get you more drinks. Finally waved down another bartender that was making drinks for tables. Ladies next to us had to send back 2 drinks because they taster terrible. I know i just opened and help is very limited in NC but first impressions not very good.

Let me start off by saying this place is new and is probably working out the bugs. The menu looks great for both adults and kids and is all scratch made. It has a really nice bar and ambiance. Older hostess lady seemed very confused and may need a bit more training. Mark (I think) the bartender was attentive and made a good drink. Chris (i think) our server was great and was able to get answers to questions he wasn’t sure about. Appetizers (Buffalo chicken wings and bbq nachos) were great. Now the bad. Out of the 5 of us 4 meals had issues. My steak tips came out cold, not even warm, cooked but cold, they were reheated (not much) not refired. Wife’s onions rings were absurdly salted. Daughters broccoli came out after the 3rd ask. Friends burger was supposed to be medium came out really well done. The open kitchen concept is great, but if you are going to have one, be sure you are running the hot food out as it comes up. We watched food sitting there for 10 minutes and there were plenty of people running around. We will give it another go in maybe a month or so, hopefully they will work all of this out because the town needs something new and good. If not, it’s just a another mediocre valley restaurant .

7 of us went in on opening night!! Service was excellent. Food was fantastic. Our server Randy was extremely courteous and attentive to us. He also took time to interact with the three children we had with us. For a brand new restaurant they ran flawlessly!!

Service was really slow, we had to ask for menus, drinks, to put in food, etc. Beyond that, they had to remake my meal for some reason (I did not send it back, probably they didnt not read the ticket as my order was gluten free) but they did not tell us. It was only until we asked what was going on that the bartender let us know. No apologies, no comps, nothing. When I did get my meal, it was obvious it was super rushed because the pasta and sauce was super watery and not flavorful at all. I watched my husbands steak sit under the heatlamp for 20 minutes as they (apparently) were remaking my food.
