Found this little gem of a place on a whim and I will just say it was exceptional. My wife and I shared the “award winning” 1111 port. Great menu with many choices to choose from, especially if you are looking for ceviche specifically. Didn’t get a chance this time around to try their sushi but I will be back before we leave the island.

New favorite place for sushi on Maui! Operating a pop up until the restaurant opens winter of 2022. Fun outdoor seating area, nicely decorated. The food is incredible! Will be coming here as often as possible!!

Rolls were ok, the sashimi sampler was just tuna, salmon and yellowtail when it’s supposed to be a selection of seasonal fish. Kitchen seemed to run out of ingredients by the 730pm arrivals. I would try it again when their storefront opens, but wouldn’t return to the food truck with tables.

All the rolls were the same (tempura shrimp). Refused to serve the nigiri because “it takes too long” although two other tables were served the nigiri.
