We had over an hour wait for dinner due to staffing issues but we sipped a mixed drink and waited. The calamari appetizer was light and delicious with a few fried mild jalapeno slices. I ordered the crab salad and my wife ordered the steak salad. Both were very generous sizes. The crab salad was great. My wife’s steak was not rare as ordered in fact it was closer to medium well. We each ordered a glass of local wine which was really nice.

13 Coins is a great place to go if you’re looking for a tasty breakfast no matter the time of day. The location is also very convenient given it’s right beside King Station.

Great place to eat! We both got the bananas foster style French toast. Let me just say….. OMG!!! That’s the best tasting French toast we have ever eaten! I’m not sure if you call it breakfast or desert but, either way it’s was fantastic X 10!!!

We caught the Amtrak train from Tacoma to Seattle today, our trip was delayed for about an hour and we ended up cancelling other activities that we had on the agenda. We visited 13 Coins Seattle for the first time and of course for a quick lunch before we continued on with the remaining of our trip.

We went on Easter because everywhere else was packed and we knew 13 coins was large enough to accommodate us.

Stoped in for a meal after a 7 hour train ride. I ordered chicken fried steak and eggs over medium. I cut the chicken fried steak with my fork and as you can see the eggs were cooked as ordered. They even turned the mariners game for me. My only complaint is the game went in to extra innings.

The high backs of the tables make for a private dining experience. Our server was pretty awesome, complimented us on our dinner choices.Sorry I didn’t get pics of my other diners plates.I had the meatball taster for the appetizer and the Steak David for my entrée. Everything was on point..and I mean to die for on point.I had the Savilla for my first drink and a Elesyian Day glow beer.

Came here before seeing a concert at the WaMu Theatre. There were several events also going on in the nearby area however we were seated immediately and chose to enjoy the weather on their outdoor patio. We split the Buttermilk Chicken Salad, and I was shocked at the healthy portions we were each served! So filling and fresh at the same time, and you can’t beat the combo of fried chicken, bacon, and avocado. We treated ourselves to the Lobster Mac & Cheese as well, which was filled with lobster chunks and insanely decadent. I was a little surprised that mostly all the drinks (including water) was served in plastic Bud Light cups, because the food and atmosphere screamed “classy,” but I would definitely would stop here again.

Super convenient location next to the train station. Enjoyed my weekday night dinner with coworkers. Nice decor for a professional dinner with coworkers, but was kind of confusing how many different seating styles there were. Food was also very enjoyable, it just felt blander than some alternatives could have been. But it was old school with inoffensive offerings likely to please all in the group no matter what their preferences are.
