I absolutely love this place. Had an perfect cortado here and enjoyed seeing the historic history of the location. Great fresh baked food and fantastic drinks! Lots of room to meet with friends. I’ll be coming back whenever I can.

Traveling through the states and made a specific detour out of our way for this unique coffee shop. We ordered a Cortado, Chai Latte, Hot Chocolate, and a Cookie Butter Latte – all we delicious! The drinks had their own lovely designs which were cute. The Cookie Butter Latte taste like Honey Graham’s. Their donoughts were large and quite tasty. The two staff members were quite friendly and helpful as well.

1819 Coffee. My third time coming here. First time review. I’ll definitely be coming back. Very peaceful. Lots of room to spread out. Inside/outside. All the space, all the choices. Awesome staff. Respectful, efficient, and kind. Love the ambiance. Love the vibe. Love the style. Definitely recommend coming here but part of me doesn’t want to recommend because I want it to stay a hidden gem.

I can’t believe I’ve been here for a year and am just now visiting this spot! I met family here for coffee and I had heard it was really good, just hadn’t attempted to check it out for myself. It’s not just a coffee “shop.” It’s more like a space for community and friendships. It’s the most perfect place to work, meet a friend, read a book or just be in nature with a good cup of coffee. It’s now, my favorite spot in Middle Tennessee to grab a cup of coffee. It’s on the opposite end of where I live, but we’ll worth the trip. I will be recommending this spot as a place to meet family and friends, from now on. The coffee is great, the pastries and cookies are made by the first winner of Chef Ramsey’s Master Chef, Whitney Miller. No wonder the chocolate chip cookie was so delicious! Service was great too, but the many options for seating and different areas to hang out is what sets this place apart from the rest. I highly recommend!

I am not a TN local but stopped at this coffee shop before leaving town. The atmosphere and location is super cute, welcoming, and relaxing! I got their gluten free blueberry muffin which was baked with fresh blueberries and was absolutely delicious! I also tried their signature Thompson Latte which was to die for! The flavors blended so incredibly well together. It was the most perfect start to my day, some place I definitely plan on going back to, and easily in my top 5 for best coffee out of over 80 I’ve tried!

I am a coffee enthusiast hence I like to try different coffee in different parts of the world. This place is awesome in terms of the property and it’s layout but I dint really enjoyed my cup of coffee, if they can give some options of different roast and blends it can help. All in all good place to hangout except the coffee.

I have stopped in a few times to grab a quick pick me up since I work down the street at company distilling. I love their dirty chai and lavender lattes. I will be a regular here and hope to spend some off days here doing work.

I loved my time at 1819! As soon as I pulled on to the property I could tell it was a special place! The shop had a great atmosphere and the staff was so nice and friendly, especially the sweet barista who took our order! I just moved to Franklin and will definitely be coming back! 10/10 recommend!

Loved the experience! From the moment I got out of my car and heard song birds in the surrounding trees to the clean and simple indoor aesthetic bathed in light to the cozy outdoor courtyard seating courtyard filled with plants and flowers, I thoroughly enjoyed 1819 coffee. And the coffee was great with unique signature and seasonal menu items. The food options were limited but good – muffins, bagels and some filled pastries. And the staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Beautiful coffee shop and great service. The drinks and bakery items they offer are wonderful and very reasonably priced. They have lots of indoor and outdoor space to lounge in. The outdoor seating areas offer plenty of shade and privacy and are also dog friendly.
