Honestly ok. They use frozen fries which don’t have such a good taste on salichipapa, the salchichas were ok. Not so good, not so salted. There is definitely better but it’s a ok food truck.

The 1821 Sandwhich Shop bring the flavor of Peru to Kendall. Excellent service, delicious food, and plenty of seating. The ceviche is indescribably good, the Lomo Saltado is a local favorite, and the chicken sandwhich is phenomenal.

I’ve been dying to try this food truck after reading all the reviews since I love Peruvian food and often am a late night eater! Finally, got boyfriend and I over there to try their food after a good friend raved about his ubereats orders from them. They offer easy parking and tables with seating in front of their food truck so you can dine or wait for your food which is perfect since you can truly eat a full restaurant-quality Peruvian meal here.

Look at all of this food for like 10 usd. This basket is called Salchirron Mixto and it comes with sweet potatoe and regular fries, fried pork (chicharrón) and sausage. I feel like it was a really food meal not healthy for sure lmao. The onions were incredible by the way! Ppl say their Lomo Saltado is the best of Miami -don’t know about that- so, i’ll come again to see how true!!
