On NCSU campus in Talley, but not the best place to grab food between classes because of the wait. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what but it took almost 40 minutes to get our food one time.

The place used to be really nice. I used to love coming here and the service used to be amazing. Now, the new staff isn’t trained well enough and the food options have drastically changed for the worse. What used to take 30 minutes to order, get food, and pay has turned into an hour and a half.

If you are on or near NC State campus 1887 Bistro is centrally located and very nice spot to meet someone for lunch. Good menu selection. The waitress was a little hard to connect with. Food was timely and fresh. Good price. But added chicken to a salad…I got 4 little pieces.

horrible. they decided to let me sit and wait for a server to seat me for 30+ minutes until they decided that they were only taking grubhub orders. thanks for telling me that AFTER lunch switched over to dinner, so i couldn’t even get the dish that i wanted in the first place!! i could even see the manager (the guy who looks like bootleg pitbull or walmart brand andrew tate) standing around talking to the other workers, and they could see me (and some other people) waiting to be seated. did they care? obviously not. thanks for wasting my time ✨ ✨

They were out of an item that I included when I was doing the online order. When I went to pick up they replaced that item from another one that I can’t eat, and they did not let me know about it. I just realized about it when I opened the package at home.
