After reading a few reviews and being scared of a long wait and poor food quality we opted to risk it for sheer convenience of being in our hotel. We are SO glad we did. The atmosphere was nice. I had the Strawberry Arugula Salad (with balsamic) and it was great!! Hubs got the prime sandwich – this was the best thing on the table!! Maybe second to the wings which were perfectly cooked – super crispy in a very buttery buffalo sauce. Chips and salsa were also really good! The salsa tasted like fire roasted tomato. The kids had brick oven pizza that was really good, too. So glad we took a chance here!! The wait staff didn’t seem very comfortable and more like they tasked random hotel staff to wait tables but she did a fine job. Would def recommend eating here, especially if your staying at the Embassy.

This place is so bad! I was staying at the hotel and was too tired to venture out so I decided to give it a whirl. Huge mistake. I ordered a glass of red wine – they brought me white and told me the wine I ordered was “all out”. For dinner I ordered the Caesar salad – when they brought it out it was romaine lettuce with a couple flakes of cheese – no dressing – they were “all out”. I ordered the caprese pizza and when it came out it was just a cheese pizza with some tomatoes and balsamic glaze on top….When I asked about the fresh basil, the waitress said “oh he forgot” and brought me dried basil – not fresh. Honestly, the service is awful, the food is sad. Don’t waste your time and money.

My goodness. Fine dining prices with less than applebee’s quality. Clearly understaffed, undertrained, and overpriced. Will not be returning. Reluctantly paid the bill and tipped the waitress. Cutting my losses and never returning to this hotel.

I got in room dining at the Embassy. The food was fantastic and they delivered it to the room in 25 minutes. We got a pizza, sweet potato fries and their bacon bit brussel sprouts. It was great. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you off. Our in room dining service was amazing.

I am a small business owner so I understand that staffing is a challenge. I get it. But my God I ordered 2 burgers an hour ago and “they’re still working on it.” An hour ago. For 2 burgers. That still aren’t here. When asked where my food is, staff was rude and dismissive. Honestly, if you’re staying at the embassy suites it’s better to NOT order from here and just do Doordash from literally anywhere else instead. EDIT: and then they forgot the cheese. Not sending back because I don’t want to wait another hour but omg yall. ONE job was to make a cheeseburger and after an HOUR even that wasn’t right

Literally eat ANYWHERE else. Waited forever for food. When it came out, it came out in 10 minute waves. Some of our group didn’t have food for 30 minutes after others.

Food is good, but very slow to arrive. 45 minutes waiting for food, with only 3 small tables seated in the dining room. However, the burger with hatch chilis and cheese was delicious, the fries were crispy, and the mac n cheese with parmesan had all three of us going back for more. I wished the pork/chile soup, which was a large portion, had some flour tortillas on the side. I’m giving a 3 because of the wait.

We came in at 5:15pm on a Saturday. Should have known there was going to be problems when they told us they only had one menu.
