Wish I could take stars away from this review. The food was okay. The service was horrible. Our order was taken (with a $22.00 suggested tip), the guy turned around walked away and went outside and never came back. We did not get a receipt, drink cups, or any explanation. There were no less than 20 people in line behind us. Would suggest eating before going into Union Station. The entire experience at this place was terrible.

This place was understaffed. The service was affected in part to this and the wait is quite long. You get a good amount of food with the kids meal, even for an adult. The food was pretty good. They need to get rid of the stupid tipping feature on here. You are pretty much doing the work yourself including getting your own drink.

We hosted a child’s birthday party here. The food was decent, and the decor is cute, but our guests waited over an hour for the food to arrive. The kitchen made our entire party’s order in one batch, so lots of other people were taken care of before the food for our party was even started. Meanwhile we had to figure out how to entertain a dozen 5-year-olds in a small area. There was one cook and one person working the counter, and that’s it. They were both working as hard as they could and I can’t fault them, but the restaurant should not agree to host a birthday party if they cannot provide adequate staff for it.

Staff completely ignored us. Staying at the registered trying to order with their backs to us. Tried getting their attention, want rude at all but still ignored. One guy just looked right at us and went back to talking.

Took my 3 yo in on a quiet Tuesday around 2:15pm for a soft pretzel. 2 staff members in the kitchen and one at the counter led to a pretty fast turnaround. The $5 pretzel was probably otherwise standard but they warmed, buttered and salted it and the pretzel was surprisingly tasty. Less than 5 min wait time for our item. We sat outside though the inside was spacious and tidy. The experience was good.

The cashiers and employees were rude and not helpful. The chicken sandwich was tough and cold. The order was incorrect when we got it. The wallpaper and food has nothing to do with the name. This place has nothing but a thin cheeseburger to offer. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My first red flag should have been that there is no menu on their website and no prices. I ended up finding an outdated menu and thought it sounded good so we went. All of the tables were dirty. The wait was terribly long to order and to get our food, and once we did get our food we were missing half of it and had another long wait. And the worst part is that it cost $75 for two adult meals and four kids meals which was INCREDIBLY overpriced! The burgers had nothing but cheese and pickles and all the food was mediocre. We got canes for everyone on the way home and only spent $45 for much better food. If you’re visiting union station I’d skip this cafe and you might have better luck with one of the other restaurants there. I could have looked over everything else if it weren’t for being so overpriced. It was a rip off!!!

Nice atmosphere but that’s it. Food is terrible and the service is even worse my kids food was sitting under the heaters for 23 min because are food wasn’t ready, and when we asked for it they gave us attitude saying you can wait for the whole order. Must not have kids because they don’t have patience. Never again!

I waited in line for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. The line behind me kept leaving because of the wait. The three employees working were laughing in the back and no one came out front to take orders. When did they walk by the front, they didn’t try to talk to any customers. Upon ordering, they didn’t give me my drink. Just awful staff.
