This place is super cute! What a fun idea to eat on top of a double Decker bus. We ate on top for the experience as it was a lovely day outside. However, the seating inside the adjacent house looks great and has been decorated really nice. I hear there’s even going to be a patio soon too. Fun and unique with tasty tacos of all varieties. Service is prompt, and the owners are lovely. Arabian Night vegetarian taco was a win, and you can substitute proteins with any style taco.

Wow, what a fantastic place! Great, diverse menu options! I had a Caribbean Queen, Kentucky Durby, and Voyage to Atlantis; each one was fantastic. Everything was very well prepared and cooked to perfection, the flavor profiles were well balanced, unique and very tasty. The food was not spicy, just very tasty! The seating area on top of the bus was really cool, very interesting concept and a very relaxing setting with the good weather.

My fiancée and I took a weekend getaway to Michigan this last weekend for the art fair. We were told to go to this taco bus because it is amazing, not to mention you get to sit on top and eat tacos what else could you ask for! First the area was ok that’s my only thing I would change is put the taco bus on a beach lol so you are greeted first as soon as you get there which is a plus! You sit on top of a taco bus and it was a very hot day but up top the bus wasn’t bad at all. Our server was a young boy who was very delightful and impressionable. We got the guacamole and the queso the guacamole was out of this world amazing the chips were so fresh and delicious (I give the chips and guacamole a 10/10) The queso was good but spicy ( I give the queso a 5 out of 10) the chips and guacamole is enough for two people for sure . We also got tacos two different kinds. They were amazing so fresh so good I wish you were in ohio lol 10/10 for the tacos!! And as we left I believe the owners a man and a women were super !! Friendly welcoming us back and just overall amazing! Next time we are up there we will be back

Oooooohhhh mannnnnn! I was mindin’ my own business getting some exercise and walkin’ the neighborhood listening to an audio book and suddenly I smell the most delicious food! I look over and see the big red bus with a “TACOS” sign on the house. Now, I don’t even really like tacos like that but the energy of the place called to me. I turned off my audiobook and the sweetest, rhythmic soca-reggae was playing from the speakers (not too loud, not too softly). I thought, maybe I’ll try just one taco. So I go to the bus to look at the menu and perhaps order and see a sign on the bus to go inside the house. I think, “yeahhhhh… I don’t know…” just as Aaron, the owner greets me with a big huge smile and asks if I’d like to look at the menu to dine in our order to-go. I’m not willing to commit though, despite Aaron’s welcome, the incredible aroma, the most perfect music, and a sunshiny warm beautiful day. That is, until I looked at the menu and realized this is no ordinary taco bus. I see a falafel taco with mango and balsamic glaze and I now MUST sit down and try a taco! Then I see the fish taco on the menu and I’m in a dilemma… “which one?” (I am a pescatarian), I ask Aaron, and he recommends Arabian Night (the falafel one). He then asks my name and introduces himself. He’s warm and friendly and explains that he and his wife, Miriam recently opened the restaurant and delight in making tacos with a culinary twist.

The tacos were delicious! We tried the Caribbean Queen, Beef Calle Clasica, and Korean Seoul. All of the tacos tasted good but I really loved the flavors in the Korean taco: tender meat, crunchy cucumbers and kimchi. Since the weather was sunny and warm, we sat on top of the Double Decker bus. It was fun! I recommend it and would eat there again.

The Arabian night taco was delicious! My friends and I had lunch outside in the front yard. The vibe is great. Excellent service. Staff was friendly and smiling. Location is five minutes walking, south of downtown. Hoping to sit on top of the bus next time!

I cannot say enough good things about the food, atmosphere, and the people. Everything about 1923 Taco Bus is amazing and has become a weekly stop for us. Every taco on the menu is delicious and unique. Every taco feels and tastes like it was made with love. Plus it’s 100% gluten free and you wouldn’t know unless someone told you. Best tacos in town!

Awesome restaurant… great atmosphere and friendly, hardworking staff. The food was phenomenal. Really fresh ingredients and the portions were great. Usually taco places short you on the meat but not here. The homemade tortillas were amazing. Lots of really cool seating as well.
