Traditional decor/slightly strip mall vibes for the location, but food was amazing. First time dining here as I’m new to the Shreveport area. My partner & I thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We were sat away from the louder music (that’s fine, just we want to hear our convos, lol). Service was decent. The food was outstanding, though. My partner is a total foodie (and we’re both sometimes hard to please), but we both enjoyed everything. Crab cakes/macaroni & cheese is what I got for my entree. Both were amazing. The rustic caesar was yummy. Different, but it worked. The filet oscar was the special — best béarnaise sauce with crab meat. My partner said it’s likely the best steak dinner he’s had. Creme brûlée to end the night — amazing. Best I’ve had. And the drinks were great, too! French 75 is my go-to, and it was perfect. Will definitely be back!

This place is excellent! The service and the food is top tier. They pay attention to the smallest details, and it’s the little things that set places like this apart. Our waiter was extremely hospitable and professional. The food, from the bread & butter to our appetizer and entrees, was all amazing! Even the prices were quite fair considering the level of quality and experience. Can’t wait to go back again sometime!

After having a reservation disappointed at Ernest’s restaurant. 2 Johns had reservations and walk-ins. This was a lovely restaurant and our waitress Kelsey was amazing. This place has customer service to its finest. I highly recommend to be a must try especially over Ernest’s restaurant. Staff was very friendly and the Vallet service was awesome.

Ordered their special which was a Filet Mignon with chunks of crab meat on top. Red potatoes and asparagus. The meat was cooked to request and was delicious. The only downside would be the chair I at on was very wobbly and made the dining experience less enjoyable.

My husband and I celebrated our third anniversary last week here. The food was amazing! I had the chicken scampi and he had the grouper. Both were delicious! We ended it off with the strawberry cheesecake. Cannot wait to go back soon!

Quail BBQ was delicious, never had quail before. I’d say quail is the steak of poultry. The crab cakes were really good as well. It’s been awhile since I had some good crab cakes. Maybe y’all ought to teach Maryland a thing or 2 lol. The desert was awesome. Never had that either and boy was it good. Only complaint I have is the lighting in the bar area way to dark. Shrimp Scampi was good however very garlicky.
