Bae bragged about this place for weeks so I decided to give them a try. He took the load off by placing the order for me and I would go pickup. I arrived and was a little turned around because i did not see the restaurant. I called the restaurant and the guy said to come inside the marketplace. Note: it’s located on the right side of the marketplace when you facing it. He definitely could have told me that… anyhow I end up passing three people who said nothing and going to 2Neighbors “Burgers and Shakes”…. Which is right next to them… wrong spot though … after standing there looking crazy for 5 minutes. I finally was to the right place. I did not like the cleanliness of their countertop. I was able to get my paid order after the lady threw in my face that she was watching me look lost the whole time. I got the black bag of food to the car and immediately wanted to taste the fries… Disgusting …. And I took notice that they were not the crinkles that I seen on the previous reviews. I made it to the house to finally eat my chicken sandwich. Delicious . The chicken was perfectly fried, the perfect amount of coleslaw on it… and the bread perfectly toasted.. I was surprised that it was not hot Will I be able to overlook the cleanliness and horrible customer service… No!!! Ima get Bae to deal with it… otherwise no tasty chicken sandwiches for me!

Fast friendly service and the staff were all working in unison. The chicken was prepared just right even though it was close to closing time. The levels of heat were spot on and the fries were delicious. The breading on the chicken held in the freshness and tenderness. We’ll be back to explore more items on the menu soon even though we’re an hour and a half away. 4 thumbs up!

Man, say! I’ve just added this spot to my favorites! First time here. The chicken sandwich was really good. Nicely seasoned! But that CATfish! That was my favorite! I’m always on the hunt for some good catfish and I wasn’t disappointed. It was crispy on the outside, seasoned perfectly and fresh! No fishy taste. Just perfect! I will be back again and again!

First time ever in this entire establishment and I’d like to compliment the cleanliness. However, most importantly THE SERVICE and the QUALITY of food. I had a million questions for the cashiers and they answered everything with a smile. I am Not accustomed to warming customer service in DeSoto. Lastly, the chicken wings…..the greens ……The most flavorful Chicken wings I’ve had anywhere close to this side of town. This is held within Every Single Bite. I tried the greens and Mac n cheese. The greens were juicy and filled with chunks of turkey. The Mac and cheese and the was toasted at the top to make such a great consistency.

Absolutely amazing! The chicken was juicy while still being crispy, the sandwich was well balanced, the fries were seasoned perfectly and the Mac n cheese and Collared Greens were absolute perfection. Definitely a 10/10!

After placing the order online we arrived and the lady entering the order was nice. Upon checking the order the pickles and one other item was missing. My daughter and friend go to ask for the missing items and there is a young lady that had on all black and a ponytail had a really bad attitude and even told them she was not going to go back and forth with them. Such rude customer service and attitude. Good food but won’t be returning as the others are pretty nice.

Placed the order online so I didn’t have to wait long. Cashier that helped me was so sweet! Had the chicken sandwich with the highest spice level. I have a high spice tolerance so it wasn’t as spicy as I expected but still had a decent kick! Definitely wish I lived closer.

I got there very excited about this place and the hype. Unfortunately i was not so satisfied. I got the 4tender combo a strawberry cake and Kool Aid and was advised it would be about 15minutes. NOT the case at all! I sat there for over 45 minutes. The chicken was soggy there was absolutely no crunch to it. My fries where mushy as well (this is immediately when I received my food) when I ordered the cake it was sitting right on the counter just for them to sale it to someone else and then tell me they are all out so I had to sub it with a Butter cake which was amazing. That’s the only thing I enjoyed. I drove way from Frisco Tx for the hype but I will never visit again. Sorry TikTok lied.

Seen this place on tik tok so I decided to give it a try. There was a line so in my mind I’m like okay the food about to slap. But then had to remember that Dallas hype up anything. The chicken was fried super hard. You can smell the old grease. Even a kid walked by and asked what was that smell. Almost every customer waited an hour and a half PLUS for their food. I can’t make this up. Honestly wasn’t worth the wait and definitely over hyped. Only the outside of the chicken had seasoning. And as I’m reading reviews to make sure I wasn’t tripping about the chicken not being seasoned I’m finding them arguing back with customers about the reviews and THEIR personal experience is unprofessional. Take the feedback and apply the pressure to do better. For that alone I won’t be back.
