2000 Wok gets hardly any of the recognition it deserves. I visit this restaurant multiple times per month and the food quality is consistently delicious. The steamed and fried dumplings are hands down the best I have ever tasted in Colorado. There has not yet been a better dumpling out of an Asian restaurant.

Fresh, hot, fast and inexpensive. No MSG. What I had was not over-sauced. Veggies were still crisp-tender and fresh. Fried rice was just right. Can’t believe the pile of food I got for less than $8.
