They have delicious fruit smoothies. It had nothing but fresh fruit in it. They asked if I wanted homemade whipped cream on top. Oh yes please! It was so yummy. I’ve had breakfast here many times and it’s always very good. The people who work there are so kind and friendly. They always give my dogs a treat too. I love this place.

I’m in disbelief over the positive reviews. Nothing about this place is good. I arrived at 9, just as the employees (and I think owner) showed up. Note to owner, you can’t arrive the minute you’re supposed to open, as obviously you won’t be ready for customers. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 hash browns, a cappuccino and a coffee. Coffee was cold and 100% old and reheated from day prior. It was literally undrinkable. They were out of multiple items (no bagels, muffins). They forgot the hash browns entirely. And the cappuccino, while freshly made, was literally brown water. Oh, and a 30 min wait. How this place has 5 stars is beyond me. Never going back.

We were on a job across the st and we were glad we finally had a place to eat so close. We are used to driving 15 to 45 mins to get food. They were very nice and when I ordered all my food she looked me up and down and said where you putting all that. I love that realness like sarcastic but positive. Ordered mean dogs with her homemade jalapeño mustard. It burned but it was good. Then I got the breakfast sandwich it was really good as well. I enjoy these small places they sit there and just wait for customers and they are so polite and nice. They argued with each other in a funny way but truly authentic. I wanted to apply for a job for them tbh. If your on 248 stop here now. These people deserve it. Thank you. We appreciated your food and your personality.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Their food is always delicious and fresh. You will never leave hungry because the proportion sizes are outstanding. The morning monster is probably the best breakfast sandwich around. Today I tried a hot ham and salami with bacon Hoagie and it was probably one of the best hoagies I’ve ever eaten. Can’t wait to come back.

Stopped here this morning for my 2nd time in 2 years. Had the drip which was a dark roast. Coffee was very good..Messaged owner and got a prompt reply which was really nice. Will be back in a few months and will try some of their food and one of their lattes.Good prices too.

The 248 Coffee Shack is better than meets the eye! The regular crumb cake, hot dog, and coffee was awesome! The staff member Renee was well accomodating to my sweet coffee standards and didn’t mind my questions. God bless her. If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the busy hours, go there after breakfast and before lunch between 11AM to 12PM.
