Incredibly slow service. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry.

I’m not sure I would ever come back here and would not recommend anyone else to do the same. Generally when one orders fish, that is seared one doesn’t expect it come out as a solidified rubber puck but they managed to achieve that.

Food was pretty good. Had the fried lobster tails with mashed potatoes and spinach. Tails had to much breading so I removed some and after that it was all good.. wife had chicken, shrimp pasta with lump crab meat added and I found it to be delicious. The place was about 80 pct full and the mood was good.

Very slow service, even when there was only one other table occupied in addition to us. Half of the dishes on the menu were not available. Eventually got salad with chicken and a chicken sandwich wich was really a burger without fries or other sides… took ages and was not good value for the money. Bit of a shame, since the atmosphere is quite nice.

No where near what I wsa expecting. New owners supposedly. Scale back menu. Waiter was coll but the food and appetizers were brought to us at the same time. Not the usual way things are down. I want rant too much because I know the food service market is short-staffed. Update the website and that would be a good start.

When 24 Grille was located in the Westin- there was a certain gravitas about it. Unlike many of the new eateries in Detroit, it once encompassed the kind of urbane sophistication which has become a rarity in the city. With the move over to Indigo I can’t say it holds the same appeal it once did. With an attempt to hold on to the brim of refined dining the atmosphere has become more of a pretentious Coney Island rather than the kind of dining you would expect to find in a “trendy” hotel. However, the customer service was remarkable, as 2 of 3 of my interactions with the staff were impressively accommodating and friendly. The menu leaves much to be desired especially with so many dining options nearby. The food is simply okay.

Wings from the appetizer menu was good! The salad with the bacon and candy walnuts were ok. The bacon was actually too hard. With sensitive teeth I ended up just brushing the bacon off to the side.

Not a very good experience for some of our 1st time visitors…Our service was EXTREMELY slow, true we had a larger party of 12, but still for larger parties usually the servers have help. We had to ask several times for drinks, she took one order at a time. It took forever to come out. We ordered drinks after the appetizers and had to ask for a drink menu, which we should have been offered since it was such a question about the drinks…our food came out and yes indeed atleast 5 of the 12 had cold or lukewarm food. And to top it off a couple of us ordered bowls of soup and cups of soup and they were the both the same size. When we brought it to the waitress attention, she said that those was the only size they had left, (HUH) and we didmt fimd that out until we asked. So we ordered a bowl, got a cup and were charged for a bowl. The manager did come over after we requested her to, (only to try to justify our complaints as being invalid, but later saw that we weren’t jus a party of complainers, but jus ppl look for good service and food at the same time) because our issues were gettin out if hand and our waitress seemed as tho she didn’t understand our issues…she back and forth about the temperature of our food. We didn’t find out that she was the only server until after our issues had gotten well out of hand. We asked for our bill and sat an extremely long time waitin for our bill and carryout containers as we watched the waitress goto other tables and do several other things except bring our bill so we could leave. All in all the resturant is very elegant and clean, food is nice and presentable, but they need some work in the service department whether it be the kitchen, servers, management or all the above. The waitress never made an effort to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience bc she was gonna get her tip whether she did good or not bc gratuity was included already in the bill. That’s really sad, I’ll never eat at an establishment where gratuity is already included bc that limits your service in my opinion from this experience alone. We ate. We paid. Forces gratuity and were still leavin hungry, SMDH! Good night!

The worst breakfast in a restaurant I’ve ever had. I showed up right when they are supposed to be open (6:30 a.m.) and they weren’t even close to prepared. When the sole waitress finally emerged from getting ice in the back, she barely looked at me when she talked, served lukewarm coffee which she slopped over onto the counter where I was sitting. My scrambled eggs were served in a little bowl (maybe microwaved?), along with a single piece of toast on a plate with frozen butter in little packets. Just wait 30 minutes and go to one of the other breakfast places in the area. Or Starbuck’s.

Not what really what I was expecting but a somewhat nice ambiance, the service was okay, did not know that it was an all-you-can-eat buffet for $24, did not have an option of a menu selection so that was somewhat disappointing plus the fact that they let us reserve a table at 2 p.m. Knowing that they stop serving the buffet at 3 p.m. So it hardly gave us any time to get out of $24 worth of brunch but it was for my daughter’s 24th birthday so all in all she enjoyed herself which was the most important thing
