We went on a weekday…..the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Beer special was great…. pitcher of Yuengling for $8. The only issue is there was no waitress, so we had to move to the bar to order. The poor bartender did everything but cook. Hopefully they have more help on weekends!

The food here was absolutely delicious, I really recommend their sandwiches. The bartenders were pretty rude to the group of friends that I was with though, to the point where people sitting at the bar were confused why they were acting like that towards us. On top of that the bouncer (or whoever was sitting at the door acting as a bouncer) pulled me back into the bar when we were leaving and asked to see my ID and tried to tell me that it was fake. I’m probably not going to go back here.

Bathrooms have to be some kind of health code violation. Worst in South Bend , Mishawaka. There is a thing called Bleach. Its really cheap. Womens bathroom is horrible.

The place smells of sewage & needs a good cleaning. Staff is always friendly & gets to you as soon as they can. Main seating is at the bar. Food is good. (Basic bar food but still good.

I’ve been here three times. It’s close to my house and want to like it. Yet, each time treated rudely. From being told to move seats, even though it was clearly vacant and having to wait much longer for a drink than necessary. The tone was definitely not welcoming.

The food & drink are great. The staff is friendly and social. The bathrooms are not very clean. The service is fast with large portions sizes. This place is a neighborhood icon and is a nice place to sit and socialize.

This place is a family! I came here when I first moved to the south side and I made friends I’ve now had for 5 or 6 years. Things change as with everything, but even after not being there for over a year it was nice to get greeted and run into familiar faces. Also Melissa is a GREAT bartender and full of attitude
