It’s meh, but for Carbon Hill standards it’s alright. Everything tastes store-bought, and for the prices and extra credit card fee I wish I would have cooked it at home.

Small-town restaurant with BIG taste and service! I highly recommend the Alberto Shrimp! It has shrimp, bacon, and cheese. What else in this world could you possibly want? The service is incredibly good as well. They are so attentive and friendly and take such good care of their customers! If you’re in Carbon Hill or just passing through, don’t miss 3 Amigos Mexican Grill!

I’m a person with a physical challenge I needed to sit near the bathroom and so I walk to the rear of the restaurant with my small service dog. The woman waitress wanted to know why I had wide walkway back there why couldn’t I sit up front explain to her I need to be near a bathroom I shouldn’t have to do that. She want to know why the dog was here they had a problem with the dog I said he’s my service animal I asked you to bring him water she did do that. I did live her a good tip because that is my personal tradition. Regardless of the fact that I wasn’t treated correctly. That restaurants idea of a quesadilla was one tortilla folded in half with cheese in the middle. That was only wanted I don’t mean much and she wanted to know why. I’m giving you three stars because I’m trying to be kind the food was not exceptionally good it was okay and I can say that for fact because I am a gourmet chef and cook many types of all cultural meals. I’m not traveling through I live in this town I moved here in obedience to God with my husband and going nowhere except God tells me where to go. I hope the people that read this post a from the area and understand that everything that’s here is not always going to stay the same. I’m told this is the Bible Belt I live in the Bible Belt. If people live in the Bible Belt really know that then they know they should be accepting change God is bringing about a change he’s bringing new people into the area he’s bringing good people into the area people of God. Thank you in advance for reading my post. I have nothing against the people of this restaurant. Atlanta time open to speak to him in a very nice way and explain to them what I think of quesadilla should be because I’ve eaten Mexican food I’ve traveled extensively Mexico California where they serve authentic Mexican food. And not try to give people what they think I should give them in the area because they think the people don’t know any better.

Good, reasonably priced food. I usually get a fajita taco salad with an order of rice and beans. I hope this place continues to get good business because it’s one of the few good things Carbon Hill has. There’s not much of a point calling in your order by the way, it seems they just assemble your plate(s) when you arrive. Fine by me, because it’s always fresh. The wait is usually about 10 minutes.
