It’s wonderful to have a delicious celiac safe option. Food tastes good with generous portions. Bakery treats are so yummy!!

I would probably eat at this place everyday , unfortunately i can’t because they use xanthan gum in everything, and i have a very bad reaction to xanthan gum. It’s very bad on the digestive system.

Hands down one of Potsdam’s best places to eat , great variety, friendly staff , the quality of food is possibly the best in all of the north country . After learning about having a gluten free diet and seeing all pros of it , it’s awesome to have a gluten free cafe up here !

I went here for my first time on Monday 01/24/22. Not only was I super impressed at how nicely this place was set up, I was also impressed with to selection of drinks / food / bakery items they had! I ended up going with the quesadilla and of course it was amazing. Somehow I had no idea it was a gluten free bakery until the owner came out and talked to us for a while and explained to us the whole reason behind why he opened this bakery in the first place! It was a great experience, there’s games at the table to keep you entertained while you wait for your food and a nice selection of GLUTEN FREE alcohol / non alcoholic beverages. I will definitely be coming back to this place more often! Thank you for the great experience!

My entire family LOVES eating at 3 Bears! The owner is wonderful, and always provides great recommendations for food that I can eat with my soy allergy. They have a little free library and my toddler loves to read all the kids books while we wait for our order to be prepped. Employees are so friendly, and the desserts look delicious, too!

I can’t speak to whether or not the food is good. We were walking down Main Street, having just eaten dinner at another restaurant, saw the bakery and thought we’d check it out. We were carrying “to go” containers, and as we approached the counter, the young woman started yelling at us and flailing her arms. She said we can’t bring outside food inside. I said we are not eating it in there, not understanding why she was so upset. She then told us it was a gluten free bakery. So without further comment we left, not because it was gluten free, but because she was so rude. Granted we understand the importance of gluten free and did not realize it was gluten free before entering. There was another young woman at the door cleaning up and when we asked if they were still open, she didn’t freak out on us because we were carrying take out containers. Anyway, the food may be very good, but based on the way we were treated, I won’t find out as I won’t go back.

We placed a take out order and everyone ordered something different. All the wraps looked great. Mine was not good. I am not a picky eater and can stomach almost anything. The Carmelized Vegetarian is pretty disgusting. It sounded good on the menu, but it was a mass of white, not Carmelized, onions and wasabi mayo with some mealy hummus which was also not good. Not sure where the Swiss cheese was, but I couldn’t taste it. This item should probably come off their menu, because as it is it was all I could do to not spit out the first bite.
