Stopped in for takeout was greeted nicely and placed our order with Kaylyn she was very nice and played close attention to our quite simple order: large two topping pizza and two beers while we waited. After a short time our order was ready. We paid our check and gladly tipped our server. Got back home and opened the box and the pizza was BURNT, not overcooked. BURNT , rubbery base that you couldn’t even bite. I called and told Kaylyn the problem and was told I would get a call back. That didn’t happen so I’m posting this review. I felt that if I explained the problem I would get at minimum the courtesy of a call back. But not a concern of management. Please see the pictures of the bottom of my pizza. This should NEVER HAVE LEFT THE STORE.

A friend made a post about finally finding good pizza in the area. We gave it a try, and they didn’t lie! They have Chicago style deep dish and “Southside,” which is cracker thin (reminds me of St. Louis style, without the provel cheese), New York style, and Detroit style. We had the gumba on New York crust. It was EXCELLENT! They make their own dough fresh daily, so when they are out, they’re out. Ingredients are sliced daily, too. Overall, it’s a very good pizza, and nice owners. I highly recommend this place!

So. I think I finally found my to go pizza place. I cannot say enough about how good this pizza was. The sauce was good, the cheese wasn’t salty and the dough was delicious. There were 2 adults and a 5 year old and this was what was left as they were still eating. We got the Chicago style which is the thin crust. The thin crust allows you to eat more.

A friend invited us out with a group of people and we all had a great time. They told us about the name 3 City and that the menu comprised of items from Detroit, Chicago, and New York. Both Food and service were excellent. I had the veggie pizza and missed the Chicago Italian beef sandwiches. Finally Chicago dogs and the Italian beef made it down here after many years. Looking forward to going back to see how close they are to that iconic Chicago taste.
