Some of the best burgers we’ve ever had – worth the nearly 3 hour drive to get here! If you’re in the area, absolutely stop if you’re craving a burger. Get some of the fried cheese as well!

These guys really know how to make great burgers…and the homemade fries and onion rings are fantastic. We are from out of town but visit the area frequently and always try to make a trip to 3 Jacks. Great beer selection too. The servers and owners are fantastic and we always enjoy trying their creative burger combo’s. Keep up the great job guys; your customers really appreciate the effort you put in to your food and service.

This place is simply magical. So a friend, my partner, and I had just gotten done ripping some nearby off-road trails. We were tired and hungry…limping our way around Dunmore…seeking a place of refuge and good grub. Man did we find it. Actually, the bartender/maybe the owner – not sure – saw us walking around aimlessly and asked if we wanted “breakfast food or burgers?” (there’s a nice breakfast diner right next door.)

Stopped by this place after dropping off a rental car and couldn’t be happier with my decision. I was in Pennsylvania for a week on business and this was hands down the best meal I had the whole time. The service was phenomenal, and the bar itself is a cool little spot to stop in. 100/10 would and will be recommending this establishment to any and all of my coworkers as they go to this area to our companies home office. When I’m back in the area I will definitely be stopping back by. – side note, I’m from Arkansas and was with my manager who is from Oklahoma and we both agreed that the bbq coming out of 3 Jacks could hold its own against any coming out of the South. Keep killing it up there and I’ll hopefully be seeing you soon!

Best burgers, not just in Scranton, but anywhere. Best are Rum Runner, Hawk & Animal, and Swiss Superman. Great drinks. Modest prices. Awesome atmosphere. Make sure to leave Vince a nice lil tip, he’s a dawg.
