We both had the express burrito with enchilada sauce and guacamole and it was filled with green chili pork and covered with red enchilada sauce, onions, tomatoes and guacamole and it was delicious. The chips were fried to perfection and warm right out. And the salsa was the perfect amount of heat and a good match to the chips. I filled them on the chips before I even got my burrito.

It has been almost 18 years since I last went to a 3 margaritas restaurant….. I did not like it and never went back. Now that I moved back to Pueblo West this is my favorite place to come, I love their chips and salsa, horchatas and in love with the menudo! Waiting 18 years to come back paid off! The food is way more authentic than I remember it, good family atmosphere.

I had the loco burrito which was quite large but very savory. My mom had a chimichanga which she loved and says she would get again. She also got a mudslide which we ended up sharing because it was larger than she thought it would be. Our waitress was great she came by the table regularly to check on us and give refills. Would definitely go there again. The picture is the mudslide.

Finally found the BEST Mexican restaurant in Pueblo West!!! Food is amazing and authentic! And the service was spot on and we all know how hard it is to get good customer service these days. Plus, they give military discounts. I won’t go anywhere else but to this restaurant for quality Mexican food. You won’t be disappointed!!! Oh, and you have to try the cucumber cilantro margarita it is to die for!!!
