They had no white rice at 5pm. When I asked how long it would take, the “manager” had to ask another employee who mumbled something and then said brown rice. Yea I was already told only brown rice but I wanted to know how long before the white rice was cooked, come to find out they haven’t even started it since they ran out of it earlier. When I asked who the manager was, the girl helping me said she was the manager. Well as manager you shouldn’t have to ask someone how long for the white rice to be cooked, you should know what is going on in the store you “manage.” It is your responsibility to make sure employees are doing their job. All three employees mumbled when speaking, had to ask them to speak up because they couldn’t be heard. Very poor customer service. Will not be going back to this location.

I can’t say enough. We had them drop of a large amount of food for a party. Catered without staff (that’s all we needed!) and from start to finish, 3 Pepper Burrito was incredible! First of all, my mom dealt with the ordering and she said they couldn’t be nicer. Then the set up was easy and they didn’t forget anything! Plentiful! And lastly, the food was delish! Would do this again anytime!

I won’t be coming back to this location. Food was good but this place is filthy. I came on a Tuesday early afternoon. It’s was only me and my family and another customer dining in. The food stations were messy. The presser looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. I couldn’t find a clean table. Every table here was sticky and had layered upon layered of dirt. The staff here were nice but this place management needs to do a better job. It cost a few bucks to get a scrubber and clean these tables. I don’t understand how anyone that works in this place thinks this okay. It’s is months of dirt that most likely crawling with bacteria. The fact that management thinks this is ok in front of house, makes me wonder what I don’t see back of house. It is disgusting and I clearly got the message they don’t care about their customers.

One of the best burritos in Florida. My experience is the burritos are better than Chipotle. If you are looking for a good burrito, you won’t be disappointed. The service is excellent. They are very patient and are making sure your burrito is perfect! My family loves it. And by the way, they have plenty of offers.

A very friendly and kind woman served me and my fiance with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, even when I was full I kept eating! The portions were very generous. And to top off the cake the restaurant was so clean! Thank you for such Amazing service. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you Shaun and 3 pepper staff!

Ordered online with pick up time for 7:20pm. Waited 19 minutes while they filled multiple orders in front of me. I have ice cream and now it’s melted, would be nice if you can stick to your time schedule because I was here on time.

The food is completely tasteless, bland I mean this is supposed to be Mexican food right? My stepdad is from Nicaragua so I know Hispanic food and man this ain’t it. I’ve had 3 pepper burrito before and it’s been bomb but idk I feel like this location is slacking. The service was good tho.
