First time @ 3P BBQ and it won’t be my last. First and foremost, the service! Isaiah was a total rockstar! He helped me on the phone with finalizing my order through the app, walked me through the menu and suggested some of his favorites, and just could not have been more inviting through the whole experience. He recommends the fried chicken and collard greens the next time since I ordered the ribs and tri tip. The meat was so succulent— had me drooling before every bite. The potato salad was hit as well. Everything was so fresh! Isiah freshly made my watermelon feta salad, packed my sides to the brim, sprinkled sesame seeds on my coleslaw, and so much more. I’m definitely sold and would 1000% recommend 3Pigs for to help satisfy any bbq cravings and get your delish, juicy, meat fix!!!

This place was highly recommended to me. I don’t usually get bbq but my friend said she really wanted it for her birthday. Their menu was reasonable and the reviews were really high. I called in my order of a full rack of ribs, tray of brisket with potato salad and mac and cheese, and one order of sausage links. The food was ready by the time we drove over. There was a fair amount of people working and it seemed a lot of people were ordering through their website.

Ordered pulled pork and it was over 50% fat. Not fatty meat, but huge solid chunks of fat completely by themselves. The sides were dry and mediocre at best. Strongly recommend trying another spot for bbq.

For BBQ it’s pretty solid around here, but it’s not like Texas. I had the brisket sandwich. Very good, lots of meat no skimping so totally worth your money. I think the best menu item was the chili though. That tasted like a Texas BBQ classic. I would definitely go back for that.

Managed to try 3 Pigs BBQ twice through takeout! The first time, I tried their fried chicken and sausage mac and cheese and was kind of underwhelmed. Chicken was crispy but overcooked, and the meat itself wasn’t seasoned (should’ve been brined). Mac and cheese was al dente and forgettable. The second time, I tried their bbq and loved it! Both the brisket and ribs were fatty, smoky, and tender. Of their sides, the cornbread was amazing – nice and fluffy on the inside. Baked beans were solid, collard greens were average. I will definitely come back for the BBQ, but not the fried chicken.

The San Mateo outpost of the BBQ joint. Their dry-rubbed ribs are decent but the highlight is really the grilled chicken! Friendly and helpful staffs and quick service.

Was sure what to expect, figured worst case the ribs be dry. Ribs were moist and fell of the bone. BBQ was good, container too small, but I’m sure if I’d ask they’d give me another one. Lol. Ordered an alchohol free beer Clasuhau or something like that from Germany. Surprisingly, good. I’d go back.
