We happened upon this spot looking for lunch and a good BBQ. We were not disappointed, the staff and BBQ were amazing! The first time (yes, we went there twice in our 4 day Savannah trip), we had the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches, both were true BBQ, nice smoke and tender. The second time, we had the St Louis Ribs and 3Tops hamburger. Ribs fell off the bone and the burger was seasoned good and topped with brisket, pulled pork, bacon – who could ask for more! The staff was inviting and a pleasure to have serving us. Hats off to Savanna our server and Craig one of the owners, they made our visit an awesome experience.

I don’t know how I feel about their food to be honest. I definitely wasn’t impressed. The reviews hyped the food up a little too much. I had the three meat special with brisket, ribs, and chicken. My sides were Mac n cheese and collards. I had cornbread, okra, and banana pudding too. I ordered the chicken wings also. The mac n cheese was dry and flavorless. The bananas in the banana pudding were black!!!! The brisket and chicken was dry and flavorless. The ribs were okay. I shouldn’t have to put sauce on my meat to enjoy it. The chicken wings were dry and not much flavor. The collards were nasty. The only thing I liked were the okra and cornbread. I wouldn’t recommend nor would I return. I wasted $50.

Cool spot we found while driving through the area. Everything looked nice new and clean. My husband tried a new local IPA that was recommended by the staff. The chicken wings were great! We got a nice spread of a little bit of everything off the menu. Brisket needed some help texture wise was chewy, my husband was chatting with the staff about how it’s prepared etc. Ribs were really good too and I liked the sauces available. The sides were all pretty basic and didn’t taste like made in house (coleslaw, Mac and cheese, and beans)

The Smoked Fried Chicken Wings are very good, you get the crispy and the moist, juicy Smoked taste. The Ribs were good too. The Fried Okra was ok, the Collards were very fresh but not much flavor, the spicy beans were good but not a typical bean to go with BBQ.

Decided to try 3Tops tonight. This place is jem ! The staff was amazing they made us feel like family. The owner was wonderful he gave my husband an up close look at the pit, which my husband loved! Our waitress was a hoot and so much to joke with. The food was amazing. The brisket is flavorful and tender, absolutely perfect. I recommend the 3Tops burger it a delicious combination of everything a meat lover would want. We will definitely be making this a regular spot!

The customer service is good and so is the atmosphere. That’s it. The brisket was very dry and the cook(s) clearly don’t know how to properly slice brisket as you can see in the picture. It looks more like shredded beef instead of sliced brisket. I will never return.

The food was extremely good. I got the smoked ribs and chicken wings. They both are awesome and clearly smoked. They smoke their food next door to the restaurant. We were extremely surprised on how good the food was. The food was soo good I couldn’t get a photo in time of it lol

Love it! We were in & out within minutes. I was juggling my kids by myself but they were all super cool & helped me! Kids got popsicles (thank you!) & the food was out before they finished them. Wish I caught your name but thanks for helping us out to the car!! Next time I’ll stop in and have a beer. Seems like a great spot to relax & grub. Cool people, love the atmosphere.
