Awesome BBQ. Every bite was delicious. Brisket was excellent, waffle fries were amazing, onion rings were the best I’ve had. Gut bombs were delicious. They even have Bark bites to take back to your dog at home. I like the chill, country vibe but maybe that’s because I’m a chill country gal. Just top notch and I love supporting local family businesses. We will absolutely be back!

So freakin’ delicious!! Reasonable prices, large portions, and if you’re a lover like me, the hellfire sauce is SOOOOO GOOD! Also, the Bark Bites are Dumpster Dog and Dr. Frankenfurter approved.

Thus is my favorite place in Springtown. The food is always fantastic and fresh. We get takeout normally but ate in the dining room most recently and it’s so nice! I LOVE the breakfast burritos and we get the gut bombs (jalapeno poppers) almost every time we go. Most recently I had the smoked bologna sandwich with fries, which was delicious! The brisket chili is also a favorite.

Staff was AMAZING!!!! Had the brisket sandwich with chicken tortilla soup and the 2 meat plate with brisket and smoked chicken with potato salad. We were seeking an authentic Texas BBQ off the main highways and boy was this the place!!!! If you’re local they offer a punch card for your loyalty! Great place and well worth the drive!!

Nice people. Clean sitting area to eat out of the weather. I got the brisket sausage and chicken with side of brisket mac & cheese. Careful when you order your brisket wet mine was 80% fat think I’ll see if there is a medium option. It was good though as brisket goes. Sausage was good. I got the plane. Chicken had good flavor but the white meat was really dry. All in all not bad for a quick stop for barbecue. I’d skip the brisket mac & cheese again though. Also, the sweet tea and lemonade was water down when I got it. Also I like their sauce nice mix of tang and sweet
