Went here few days ago, food was really good. Owner and staff was personable and patient. Owner took the time to chat an greet with everyone in line. My friend an I ate in the car. Everything here is a la carte. Got fries, green burrito and cheese cake sandwich with the (extra charge) of some cream in the middle and sauce. They do not assemble it for you so you sauce it yourself. I got my sauces on the side to taste the fries an burrito first. Fries tasted over seasoned without the sauce an better with it. It’s definitely comfort food. Overall good. I would be craving the cheese cake an go back for it, I liked the kick of cinnamon. Tried my friends tiramisu it was yummy but the consistency was different more like thick whip cream.

This was our 1st time. My girlfriend had the burrito, I had the fried chicken fries, and an order of tiramasu. Also the prickly pear juice, and the prickly pear limeade. Smothered burrito was really good. Heavy on black pepper, but it’s definitely a flavor bomb. The fries were seasoned to perfection. The chicken was crispy, the sauces were , and the little kick of the pickle chips cut through all that heaviness. Tiramasu was like my Nonna used to make. And the drinks were absolutely refreshing.

Impressive food out from a food truck! My family enjoyed their food very much. Ready to be mesmerized with flavors for you could never put it down for every bite you take, the more you crave! It was worth the wait! If you don’t mind waiting for an hour or so, you will never be disappointed. Great food & great service!

I’m going to start this off by saying….as of right now, this is place called 303 In the Cut @303inthecut is probably the BEST FOOD TRUCK I’ve ever been to, and this is no exaggeration!!!! I’ve been to plenty of food truck but the food here is good as hell!!!!….Let me warn yall now that this place is so good and has so many viral videos that the line/wait can be more than a hour….bbbbuuuttttttt….It is 1000% worth it….I also heard there is a secret number you can text to get your food ordered in advance….

You should eat this food! I have been to 100+ food trucks and this is one of the top 10% for the taste, quality and quantity. The staff was super polite and asked where we from, what we wanted and (of course) gave recommendations. The Philly cheese dog was so damn good! The burrito was quite good as well (not as good as the dog though). The drinks are different, but also really good. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back when I’m in the area. We got there as they were opening and had a short line but it was growing quickly. The pictures suck and don’t do this place justice, so apologies for that…but really try it!

It was my 1st time going to 303 in the Cut.The line went quickly (I arrived Thursday 8:10 pm) . Every customer was greeted individually and wasn’t rush to order. Very friendly customer service. The Green Chile burrito was so Good , I added sour cream. I will go back again

We arrived right before they opened on a Saturday night, the line was already boomin. The food truck is located right off of the strip in a gentleman’s club that allows parking. They were very consistent with pushing out the food and moving the line right along. The owner was very friendly and talking with everyone in line. When we got to the front of the line the ordering process was smooth and they helped us with any questions that we had. In total we waited about 40 mins from arrival to having our food. The food traveled well back to our hotel. We ordered a dirty dog with the chicken fry’s, burrito, cheesecake sando and the tiramisu. The food was fresh and flavorful and you can really taste the love. We heard about this truck via tik toc and had been wanting to try it out. We where in Vegas in December of last year and didn’t make it because of our flight. We are currently on a cross country road trip & were passing by the city. We decided to pop in to “mess around and find out”!! Definitely check this place out, worth the line.

We came from Colorado to try the green chile! It was so delicious. The smothered steak burrito was amazing. The sauces on the side we’re especially good! The tiramisu was the best we’ve had.

I mean, look at this food!! The service and grub are both phenomenal. People from all over came to wait in line to get food here. We’re from Idaho and we talked to others from Kansas, Tennessee and Michigan. The sauces, desserts and meat flavor deserve 6 out of 5 stars.
