The Greenbriar Inn, built in 1908 where the 315 Cuisine restaurant is located, also offers getaway and elopement packages. We had the opportunity to have dinner celebrating our friend who is a mom to be. In organizing the dinner; we worked with Tally who was very accommodating and made our dinner the most wonderful experience! The food, drinks & atmosphere was spectacular. We had the most wonderful time celebrating our friend & the service was excellent! 315 Cuisine is one of mine and my husband’s absolute favorite places to dine and enjoy in the Coeur d’Alene area! The service is incredible, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is really fun and inviting. I have never had a bad meal or drink here. Todd was our sever and he was wonderful! So helpful and really knowledgeable about the menu. The staff is so kind, cool, very accommodating, and never make me feel high maintenance to make sure my food allergy needs are met! 10/10 recommend!

I went to a baby shower and they placed the group in the most wonderful room! All 12 of us could sit in the room and we had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was great. All the cocktails were delicious!! I ordered a peach Julip that was refreshing. Tally was our server and she did a fantastic job checking in and taking care of the group!

This has become one of our favorite go to spots. My wife and went to 315 for a date night on Friday. The food was excellent. I had the Ahi tuna. My wife had shrimp tacos. Our server Todd was fantastic. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent breakfast/brunch! The flavor profiles is excellent & the menu options unlike your average breakfast spot; Lapingachos with poached eggs was my choice, such flavor & husband had Eggs Benedict with crispy potatoes, which were amazing! The spices used are so good! Have a biscuit as well, perfect- everything is better with butter Gabe the chef & Mgr is personable & an excellent chef, he really loves the details which makes the flavor even better!
