Lanzhou is probably one of the most authentic Chinese restaurants there is. The staff although communication might be a little hard with a bit of a language barrier, the servers will do the absolute best to help you. I had a question about the different thicknesses of the noodles and when trying to explain that to the waiter she did have a little trouble understanding me, but that was no problem because she had someone come by and explain a little better in English. I wish I knew both of their names so i could thank them, because honestly I felt like I was the one giving them a hard time! Either way. Their food is amazing. Come with an empty stomach and you will not be let down. I personally get the house special which has shrimp, beef and chicken in it, along with their ingredients that already come with the food (which will be at the top of your menu). The noodles are some of the best I have personally ever had, being that I’ve been to a few ramen restaurants. As a side note, they also have a cute little robot that will bring your food to you! Will come again here many times. Is great for a quiet date.

First time trying this place. No ramen but food is good! We were greeted right away when we walked in. Lots to choose from on the menu. We got the pork buns and pot stickers. The pot stickers were Soo very good!! The robot brings out your food which was cool to see.

Good food with hand made noodles. The duck ramen was good but a little bland- maybe it was designed for me to add the sauces on the table or order it spicy. The fried pork buns were really good!

We really enjoyed our first visit. The food was fresh and filling. We ate the duck ramen, chive pancake, soup buns and the fried pork buns. Will definitely go again next time we’re in Marietta!

The location is in a shopping center behind a shopping center on the main drag. This restaurant has a open concept and is inviting and clean. When we went there were only a few tables taken but I noticed through our meal that a stead line of customers were always coming and going. The service and kitchen are fast. The food is delicious and helps if you know what you are ordering. We asked some suggestions since we have never been here and we weren’t disappointed! The buns and pork noodles were our favorite, so delicious! I recommend a visit! The prices definitely match the portions so bring your appetite!

I’m puzzled by the numerous positive reviews. The standard of this restaurant is subpar; any Chinese person could prepare dishes better than they do. I ordered the saliva chicken and it had no flavor, making it the worst chicken dish I’ve ever had.

I come here often. The soup dumplings are on par with the best that I’ve had in Chinatown. The soup is really good also and the hand pulled noodles are legit. Everything I’ve tried I have liked. I always always get the soup dumplings to start and are a must. Glad this place is close by.

I’ve tried a bit of everything here at this point over many visits, and have not had a single thing that I do not like! The beef was my least favorite and a bit tough but not bad. The shrimp is my favorite. The roast duck has bones and they do tell you that, so at least it was not a surprise. The pork was by far the most tender. The cucumbers are absolutely the best most refreshing little snack. The dried string beans with soy and red pepper oil sauce from the table drizzled on top is a family fave. Plenty of vegan snack and bowl options such as the chive pancakes and spring rolls, which is important to my family. The water served in the glass bottle with the cup of ice is a breath of fresh air. Nothing is worse than waiting for your water to be refilled at a restaurant. The water not only tastes ok but I get to pour it myself which I like. Food comes out very quickly. Workers are all friendly. Atmosphere and bathroom feels and looks cleanly. I will most definitely be back.

Delicious dim sum and hand pulled noodles. I’ve tried the soup dumplings, bao buns, noodle stir fry, ramen, scallion pancakes, and pot stickers. I’ve never had a bad dish and have had the pleasure of visiting several times. I’ll keep coming back too because the dishes are huge and well worth the price.
