Had barbecue in more states than I know so I always go with the brisket to judge. This meat let the meat be what is supposed to be. Not heavy in smoke but flavorful and let the meat be the star. Keep doing what you are doing and I will be back every I head to Baytown. Well done and one a side note macaroni salad is not a bad ideal as well.

I cannot expect more than I receive. The food was delicious, flavored and enough to die. We eat the loaded baked potato, and was amazing. The pork the turkey, and the sausage were cook to perfection. Highly recommend.

Worst Loaded bake potato looked like sloppy Joe on a baked potato. The chopped beef sandwich looked terrible looked like sloppy Joe as well. It was terrible. For the best BBQ ever go to 2 broke Cajuns in Dayton. You won’t be disappointed. It is amazing I will never go back to 4 corners again. # dissatisfied

This place is some of the best BBQ i’ve had in a long time. We stopped on a cross country drive, with our dog, and we sat on the patio. The service was excellent and they were such friendly people. What a great stop on a long highway. Highly recommned.

My husband and I loved the smoked meats here! I was drawn to the restaurant during my call prior to visiting. Melissa, most courteous cashier/attendant ever, informed me that the eatery would be closing in “20 minutes”. I explained that we were just leaving our warehouse at 610E. and Wallisville Rd. approximately 35 minutes away and Melissa stated they would make my order and keep it warm whiles I make the trip to them 25 mins. after their actual close My, how nice?!! The legendary 4 Corners BB has been around forever yet few still seem to know about it. The inside is lined with their trophies. By far, they have the most tender, mouth-watering brisket on the planet ( with the exception of RUDYS). Their links, their whole BBQ FRYERS ARE seasoned so well the meat just falls off the bone. I thought I’d save those COUNTRY RIBS FOR LAST well pull yourself up a couple of napkins…you will need them…juicy tender smokey meat falling off the bone.
