What a wonderful place! My wife and I LOVE eating here. We have been here several times and realized that we never gave a review. The owner is very friendly and everyone on the staff is always ready to take care of your every need. We usually get whole smoked chicken with 2 sides, (Chunk munk). It says serves 2-3, but we. Get 3 meals out of it. The bbq stumps are AMAZING! Today we tried the fried squash for the first time. AMAZING as well. For us, this is the only bbq place to even consider if you are in the Middleburg area!

My husband & I LOVE this place! The owners are so friendly, we feel like we are eating with family. Today, we got the Chunk Munk which is a whole chicken with 2 sides (collard greens & baked beans) & garlic toast. We also got an appetizer of fried squash which is house made & sooo good! And let’s not forget the delicious banana pudding. I am picky about my banana pudding and they have some of the BEST I’ve had! Everything that we have ever gotten here has been very good. You must try their BBQ stumps!

While the restaurant was really cute and the lady at the front was nice, the food we got to-go was subpar. The meat was good, but it was cold. All the sides tasted store bought and cold. Definitely not what I was expecting for $50 for just 2 people.

I ordered the lean brisket with tater tots and Mac and cheese. The “lean” brisket was disgustingly fatty and tough, it was like trying to chew through shoe leather. It was shiny with grease. The Mac and cheese was just awful – Kraft does it better, and that’s not saying much. Tots were good. Over all, extremely over priced for the quality.

Stopped here in a whim while driving by. Found the service to be friendly and fast. We got the three meat combo dinner (ribs, turkey and sausage) and a side of corn nuggets. All the meats were top notch and tender. The sauces were also outstanding with the hot mustard being by far the best I’ve had in a long time! This is absolutely an instant favorite!

Best BBQ in Jacksonville! We just went to see sunflowers in a farm nearby when we were on our way back home and thought to get some takeout bbq. We came across this place which looked like it Had good reviews so we decided to give it a try. We try to check in and the spare ribs, and the spare rib was the best barbecue spareribs I’ve ever had. And this is coming from a person who just recently went to Arizona and visited their best barbecue at Little Miss BBQ, which I thought was really good but I thought 4 Trees Smokehouse was better. If the owners are reading this review, please do not get complacent, but I do want to praise you for the good job that you do on your food. Keep up the good work and keep on improving!

Had a 4th of july gathering and called in an order for couple pounds of turkey, porm, chicken and brisket. The meats were fantastic along with sides. They gave us plenty of sauces to choose from, highly recommend!
