I’m not from town and really wanted bbq. I pulled up to see they had closed early due to emergency. I pulled off and was in the parking lot looking for somewhere else to eat. Then a car pulls up next to me…it’s the WONDERFUL lady who works there. She asked if I wanted to eat…said she had just got back and could get me some food. Mind you this is just a few minutes before they close. My food was just as amazing as the customer service. Will be back every time I’m in town. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent BBQ! The food truck came to a private event and provided excellent service. “The Cadillac” with the “Big Red” sauce was delicious and cooked to perfection. The sides were great as well. I would highly recommend based on this experience!

Customer service was okay. They sadly didn’t have no ribs so I tried there beef brisket, Mac and cheese and strawberry lemonade. The beef brisket was salty. But the barbecue sauce Big red I believe it was called was really delicious. The Mac and cheese was good. And their strawberry lemonade was definitely a no go.

402 catered the Dickenson’s landing fall party. They were efficient getting people through, generous helpings, and high quality food. Their sauces were good and they stayed the whole time even after the Kona ice truck placed out and left early.

I had some questions before ordering, and Kelly was quick to respond to my emails! We ordered pulled pork and pulled chicken for my son’s 15th birthday party, serving about 30 people. It was delivered to my home piping hot and smelling delicious! It was a tie…some loved the chicken, others loved the pork. All in all, everyone rated the meat a 10! They provided a sample of all their sauces in individual portions. It was so fun trying all the sauces and everyone voting on their favorite. We will definitely order again!

Picked up a catering this evening for my crew. Customer service was a plus. Very nice, very professional. The meats pulled pork and the burnt ends were dead on and they tasted great mixed with all the flavors of sauce. Woul have liked more sauce for th meat though. The Mac and cheese and potato salad are a pass. Missing some seasoning. Might try again
