Red “RedTail” Tail
Hit or miss… either really good food with good service or, not. Pictured is their “pot pie” which ive never had. 3 bites in, and it was sent back. Others at our table ordered the same and sent theirs back as well. Looked like vomit, tasted bland, nasty all for $14.95. Left and went to Arby’s.

Food was good, but the service was slow. We waited at the entrance to be seated and only got attention when one of us went and talked to a staff member. After being seated we waited for someone to start taking our drink orders. There was also a long wait to get the ticket. The staff was nice, but there were long waits for service.

I walked out without my to go box and before I got to my car, I went back and the waitress smiled and say we thru it out. It could have been only a short time!! Like less that 3 minutes. The place was not busy. There was a whole order of food in there!! No apology at all. I know it was my fault, but couldn’t keep it for a little bit, just in case. A total waste of my money!!

Ordered two whiskey steak dinners, two chicken wings baskets, and an open faced roast beef sandwich. Only one complaint the roast beef sandwich didn’t have mashed potatoes only the sandwich and corn. Portions and price were very good. Service was amazing to the point I remember her name but won’t list it her out of courtesy her first initial is”L” and she was amazing.

Stopped in shortly after 11 AM. with a small group. Ordered drinks – those took a while to get, ordered food- took even longer to get and all the food came out cold. Just seemed like a really off day or just bad service in general. Waitress was always in a hurry, spilling drinks at the table or barely stopping long enough to talk. Now, that being said, she did come back to our table to take care of us and to make up for the lack of service. Atmosphere was decent, dining area had good room to sit and not feel like you were joining someone else’s table. Good size bar area to sit at a well.

Food was alright. Not bad, but alright. I got the meatloaf and it had a sizable amount of ketchup atop it. Their Philly Eggrolls were great! Lots of room inside. You won’t be cramped.
