Wow, what a gem! Just discovered the small town of Big Stone Gap today. This place and the wonderful people here make me want to come back again! I had the Marion blackberry and it was one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had. Impressive menu of ice creams and coffees. Highly recommend visiting 404!

Very pleasant stop. The staff was great, they got busy, as often happens when we stumble into a place and they are the opposite. They did everything to ensure everyone felt they were important and their order was on the way. The frappe was delightful, with flavor throughout. The peanut butter ice cream was as well.

Drove up here from Kentucky a week ago. Stopped at this very cute cafe. Only issue was this location was closed for a party. The drive-through was open, but staff barely had a menu so we had to ask a lot of questions about their drinks/food. Cell service was bad so we couldn’t load the menu from FB. After we left we rechecked the menu online, we couldn’t find one. The Carmel latte was good though.

I only go to get their delicious homemade ice cream, but the rest of the family likes their deserts & lattes. Everything is tasty. On the negative side – sometimes when u go the car line is long, but well worth the wait!

Nice place, with a drive thru! The inside is really nice and cozy, good vibes inside. I got my dogs a pup cup and myself a mocha iced coffee. The dogs LOVED their treat and I enjoyed my coffee. It was a great casual start to our weekend. Doggies are welcome outside on the patio where there are picnic tables.
