407 Coffee Shop is an absolute gem! I recently visited this charming café and had an incredible dining experience. The menu offered an array of delicious options, and I was particularly impressed with their Chicken Pear and Balsamic Panini. It was a true explosion of flavors, combining the savory goodness of chicken with the sweet and tangy notes of pear and balsamic. The combination was a delightful surprise to my taste buds, and I can’t wait to have it again.

Nice, cute cafe in a great little mixed use park. They have 2 locations, this one a few years old. Food is tasty. Hot tea was very good, served in a pot that plus perfectly. Customer service was good, very nice girl running the shop. Clean. A bit pricey for what you’re getting, but it’s post COVID and rent here can’t be cheap.

They don’t have cold brew. They don’t have regular iced coffee. And if you get any iced beverage, I hope you brought your own simple syrup because they don’t any have liquid sugar either. Just the gross overly-sweet artificially flavored syrups. So unless you want a vanilla chocolate coconut iced latte, I would avoid. Sandwiches and salads are pretty good though.

Crepe is delicious and I am not a big fan of their coffee it’s more sour side. However the price is way too high for you get. There are two French crepes restaurants in downtown and sand lake, own by French people but decent price. Other than that, everything is ok.
