I had to tap on the glass of the front window to wave off the incredibly generous staff about to give my 5-year-old an ice-cream cone as large as his head. I order a “Single Scoop.” A FANTASTIC spot just off the Greenbrier River Trail in downtown Marlinton. My local mom also attests to the excellence of the bbq sandwich and noted the equally important slaw on the sammich. If you’re in Marlinton or heading through on the trail, save room for a snack stop here.
