Great place to eat. Variety of menu selections from salad to sandwiches, pasta, steak – all large portions that are very good at moderate prices. Service was nothing short of outstanding. Very accommodating to one of our party with dietary restrictions. Highly recommend if you’re in the McPherson area.

Finally gave this place a try. Wasn’t impressed. We got the catfish and chicken fried steak. The catfish would be a 10 if they seasoned it. The chicken fried steak was sub par at best. And the loaded mashed potatoes were terrible. My kids mini corndogs we’re burnt and they wouldn’t even eat them. Waitress was amazing though.

Great hole in the wall restaurant. It was recommended to my dad by the local firefighters. We both had a breakfast. The eggs and pancakes were very good. Our waitress was excellent.

We were staying in McPherson for Christmas 2022 with family. We chose 5 Loaves because of the reviews. We were NOT disappointed! There were 5 of us, all of the food was delicious, and the service was great. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Gizzards and fries were excellent!! Had Philly Cheese steak sandmich…will order something else next time. Very nice atmosphere, tv’s and soothing brown colors inside. Little pricy but good menu to choose from. I’ll be back. Service is good and the waitress we had very friendly, and professional.
