What a delightful find! We are from out of town and chose this place because we were looking for a dinner that would provide a bit more nutrition than we’d had after a day on the road (too many gummy bears!). We got tons of fresh veggies and protein sautéed with delicious sauces and warm, fluffy rice. The portions are great and they don’t skimp on the protein. I also got a yummy jasmine tea. The service was amazing, very kind people who helped us choose the best options on the menu. Wish we were locals! Thank you!

If you haven’t been into 5-Spice for a while you are missing out. Alex, the general manager has made each of my visits to the restaurant one to remember. He and his staff are always very friendly and make sure you have all you need. If he or Brittany are your servers you can be assured an enjoyable meal. I’ll definitely be coming back..the food is incredible too.

So sad, this used to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in Springfield. We should have gotten up and left when we saw the anemic menu. The fried rice was a dried out joke. The spring rolls were cheap substitutions of what they used to serve. The general chicken was overcooked and dry. My egg drop soup was a ridiculously thickened mess. Someone near us got the lettuce wraps, and they serve iceberg lettuce with it. Where is the bib lettuce? So sad I forsee this restaurant shutting its doors. We won’t be back.

It was my first time asking for spicy cashew chicken so maybe it was my fault. Just had a weird taste. Probably my least favorite I’ve had in Springfield. Took forever to get a refill and the cups are so small. My brother did like his general tso tho. Kinda pricey for lunch.
