The customer service is good and the mood is calming the food that we got was good but the nachos were plain and was stiff el caldo the mariscos was so good and chicken quesadillas were tasty the smoothies were good too it wasn’t too sweet nor too plain. But the napkins were so thin the table where I was sitting was rocking back and forth but so far it was good.

I have always liked the pupusas from that restaurant but today’s experience was not good, I asked for a tamarind juice, it had sugar left over and it lacked tamarind, the corn tamale was heated in the microwave, I had to ask for the cream for the tamale well. It was dry and the tomato sauce for the pupusas well now they put it in a small plastic container, it seems they want to lose customers, at least I’m not going anymore

Food was Great, but overall service was slow and inattentive. We ordered an appetizer which took 30 mins before we were actually able to oreder. After having to place my order with a different server, I decided to take my tacos to go due to the long wait. I spent about an hour in total before leaving. Would recommend for take out or delivery but not dine in; Service and ambient needs to be more on point.

It honestly hurts to write such a bad review. But it Seems that no one in the restaurant really knows the prices of the food. I had an awkward time trying to pay. The person who seems to be in charge Decided that the price on the menu were not enough and amounted taxes on a higher price and that listed on the menu. The restaurant doesn’t really have a system to take money or credit and is managing the whole business with a Calculator. I felt that staff was trying to give me more food in order to charge me more money than what was deserved. I clearly asked for one burrito and ended up paying $32 for an awkward experience

Food was great. Although my steak wasn’t cooked how I asked, they gladly cooked it to my liking. What I didn’t like was how one of the waiteresses, a blonde haired, was speaking very rude in front of us. Cursing and talking rudely with the other waitresses. At one point she put this very explicit rap that was cursing and talking dirty. That wasn’t something I wasn’t expecting from this nice restaurant. They should tell their waitress to filter what they they around customers.

Average food but significantly better than any near by Salvadorian restaurant. Service can be better……. my waitress wasn’t familiar with the menu at all. I asked her a question about a dish and she took the menu right out of my hands and couldn’t even answer my question.
