I heard about this place from our chef at Benihanas. Wow! It’s a great alternative for to-go. The scallops are delicious. They are smaller in size, but great quality. No fishy taste at all. Really generous portion of fried rice and veggies too. I really like the ginger sauce, but the 503 sauce is too spicy for my taste. You will have leftovers!

Happy to confirm the 5* reviews that others have left. Great food. The chicken fried rice is easily worth the upgrade. Tastes just like you’d get at a sit down place. Steak was almost filet mignon tender like. So happy to have given this place a shot after driving back from the coast.

Incredible. A filling meal for a fair price that I felt good about eating. I got the hibachi steak (cooked medium) and it exceeded my expectations, comparable to a very expensive Japanese steakhouse that would be more than twice the price. The chicken fried rice is among the best I’ve ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection and came out quickly. They are very friendly and it is extremely clear that they care a lot about the food that they serve. I’m only disappointed that we waited this long to try it! Stop reading reviews and go!

This place is hands down one of the best around town to get food. That includes fast food/fast casual/sit down/fine dining. I would put the food they serve here up with anything you can get anywhere.

I stopped by to check out a different food truck and was drawn in by the amazing smell of the fried rice. This was, hands down, the best meal I’ve gotten off a food truck in Portland. For $17.00 I got a huge serving of shrimp and veggies. I had to upgrade to the chicken fried rice, as my mouth was watering at the smell. The portions were generous, I had my leftovers for lunch the next day and the rice was even tastier. The prices are comparable to any food truck meals on the area, especially if you consider how much food you get for your money. Will recommend highly.

Was my first time there, asked for a chicken Hibachi and only had the exact $ for the meal. When the nice guy taking my order asked my between friend rice and steamed rice I of course asked for fried.. turns out it’s a little extra for the friend rice which is understandable. When I was explained this I went back for the steamed rice… to my surprise when I was up to get my order… I GOT FRIEND RICE… besides all that.. the food is GREAT! not so many Hibachi around so it’s nice this is in my neighborhood.

Best hibachi I’ve ever had! The sauces are also to die for. Chicken and steak cooked absolutely perfectly. Vegetables and rice- perfection. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. 15/10

Went there for the first time to see what the fuss is about. I got there the place is busy but when it was my turn, they took my order quickly. I ordered the Teriyaki steak with upgraded to fried rice. I’ll tell you… The fried rice taste delicious. I wish they’d give extra more ☺️. The steak, wow it’s so soft it melts in my mouth. Now, I’m curious where they buy their steak. Food is very worth it for the price. We’ll come back again for more.
