I love this food truck! We had ordered stuff carne sopapilla, chicken tacos, and to top it off, honey drizzled sopapillas. Best place to get your New Mexico fix! They are using real New Mexico Chile with everything made fresh. Amazing customer service! I will continue coming back.

I just love these guys so much. I mean, just truly wonderful people with amazing food that brings me back to my Farmington days (the good ones, anyway!). And, for my kids (who are crazy and have not yet embraced the beauty of New Mexican cuisine), they are always willing to work with us on finding something tame and simple. Excellent New Mexican food! This is the real deal, actual New Mexican cuisine done correctly here in CO, wonderful! The adovada is spot on, just like what you get in ABQ or Santa Fe. I’m so excited to have real NM food in western CO! If you, like me, have a knack for real New Mexican food, you will not be disappointed.

The food is absolutely delicious! We had the tamales, stuffed sopapillas, and the taco plate! The tacos are crunchy. The chile has amazing flavor. The sopapillas are light and fluffy. It tastes just like New Mexico in Colorado! Highly recommend this food truck!

Amazing food and I really liked that they had an option for no meat. The flavors, spices blended great and the green chili was awesome. Everything homemade. Recommend you find this truck and give it a try.

According to the people working the truck at base camp on 1/7, their vegetarian sopaipillas contain lard, which they should know is not vegetarian. Many vegetarians and vegans would be deceived unless they ask.
