We had my daughters 6th birthday here and couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. Chris, our party specialist, was everything you could want in a server. He was kind, attentive, quick and professional! The whole thing was a hit! The manager allowed us to come a little early to set up, they brought us drinks while we worked on the room and we’re all very courteous. The price was amazing also, for the rental of the room, all kiddos to eat, a sundae and a 20$ game card we came out less than half the price we have at any other venue for any other party we’ve had for our kids! We’ll definitely be back!!!

Had a great first impression of this place. Our server was really friendly and attentive. All the games were operational and my son had a fun time playing and picking out prizes. We went during the middle of the day on Friday and it was not too busy.

Fun place for the kids to stretch their legs during our stop in Lubbock. A good selection of games to play. Food was the only thing that knocked this review down a star. I came in with high expectations from the reviews and photos, but was disappointed from what came out from the kitchen.

We stopped by after a soccer tournament and had the best experience. From seating to food and of course the games after, everyone was happy. The service was top notch. Our waiter and servers never left us waiting long. They even found the soccer game on TV for us. Just couldn’t be more happy with the overall experience. Thank you!

Our server was extremely attentive and and patient. Went for my nephews bday dinner and everyone was bouncing around to and from the table to go play games and check the place out. We took forever to get our order in but she continually checked in, checked our drinks, and asked if we needed anything without making us feel rushed or pestered. The bar was quick with our adult beverages(they were great). The appetizers were hot and delicious and timely. Our meal was fantastic and everything was scrumptious. The games were fun and the atmosphere is amazing. Id give a better rating if I could.

The food was good, the cooks did a good job. The service was the best part, I had a server named Bethany and she was on top of it. She filled my water every time it got empty. I drink loads of water and it seems like other people only fill it up once or twice but she was amazing and super kind

I chose to sit in the bar area because the wait for tables was 45 min. The server at the bar area took a long time just to make initial contact. My girlfriend ordered a cucumber Chilton but it came out as a regular Chilton. The food didn’t take too long to come out, but the burger was well done and dry. The games were good fun for her granddaughter, but the area was not the cleanest. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience. I know staffing shortages but things need to get done.

Arcade/Restaurant for the family. It’s super loud so I wouldn’t think it’s anything more than a place you take the kids, but it’s great for them. The food is good and the games are priced pretty reasonably.

I ordered 2 hot wings orders both with a salad. When I ordered they asked me if I wanted naked or breaded, I chose naked. The person that took my orderl only said the wings were fried with skin on. She did not day they were bland without any seasoning. We never received our salads, but they did give me a $5.00 coupon to pick up. I will never order naked hot wings again. This is the last time I will order curbside because this is the second time my order was messed up.
