518 Noodle Bar was recommended to me by a friend. I went on a Sunday night and experienced no wait time. The restaurant was extremely clean and well decorated. The service was efficient, and our waitress was very kind. The menu is simple and offers very affordable options. We ordered to appetizers that arrived quickly to our table. They were both amazing, and it was obvious that very fresh ingredients were used. The udon ordered was also fresh and tasty. The portions are large, so expect to take some home (or arrive to the restaurant hungry!). I was shocked that more people were not there, and I hope that maybe it was just due to the day of the week that I went, because this place deserves some serious recognition! If you live in the area, or are passing by, I strongly encourage you to check 518 Noodle Bar. I will be going back soon.

Absolutely a must try. Authentic. Delicious. Brother of the soup was rich and full of flavor. The dumplings were spectacular! And the boa was the freshest ive ever had! We will be back.

Currently open for takeout, but looks like a fun little hangout spot. Quality in presentation for takeout was excellent. Food fantastic. Had the pork and the duck ramen, shu mai, crab rangoon and wontons in peanut sauce. Everything was outstanding. Don’t miss this on your drive down route 1, worth the stop.

Every time we pickup takeout we are greeted with incredibly kind staff! The food is so delicious! You can’t go wrong with any of the menu items. I would eat from here all the time if I could.
